What if we told you that the political system in the United States has dramatically evolved through at least six major eras since we first became a nation?
What if we told you that there have been productive periods of cooperation between political parties where those elected were able to solve problems in order to make life better for average Americans?
What if we told you that this could happen again if only we had political parties that respected each others' voters, that respected your tax money as an investment in your community, and that dealt with you honestly and with respect for what you consider your happiness?
The Forward Party is a national movement working hard to evolve the American political system beyond the current confusing and self-destructive left vs. right dysfunction into a new era where problems can again be solved by reasonable people, basing decisions on verifiable facts and with a balance of social and fiscal responsibility. It isn't too good to be true, it isn't progressive, it isn't the fanciful musing of a dreamer; it's what we can do as average Americans if we just work together, it's what we have done in the past, it isn't crazy to think it can be done again!
Please consider yourself cordially invited to join us at the Shore Diner on November 2nd at 7:00 PM to learn more about the Forward Party and what we are doing to organize Forward in New Jersey! We'll discuss the origins of Forward Party and what we are currently focused on in NJ before moving on to an open and honest discussion as to why so many of us in New Jersey are ready to consider a new political movement that is focused on fact-based, objective problem solving and efficient/effective governance.
IMPORTANT: Shore Diner is very graciously hosting our meeting for free! We ask that you please plan to help yourself to their extensive menu and enjoy a snack or meal before or during our meeting. All meals are billed individually to attendees, sorry we don't have a budget for this yet!!
