Reply "yes" only if you can 100% commit to the following.

1. Receive training from HQ on running a street team.

2. Host recurring street team events on at least a monthly basis, usually overseeing 4+ volunteers.

3. Planning locations, making sure folks have what they need, etc.

4. Train and mentor new volunteers IRL at the beginning of each event.

5. Coach new volunteers through their first hour and support them as needed beyond that.

6.Keep spirits and morale high.

7. Track feedback; share it with HQ and state leadership.
