Utah State Chair (int.)

Nate Allen

Nate earned his associate’s degree from Weber State University and transferred to earn his Bachelor’s in Psychology along with minors in Philosophy and Cognitive Science from The University of Utah. Nate got involved with election reform after witnessing how the election process doesn’t allow for people to express their true preferences leading to disproportionate representation in our government.

Utah State Vice Chair (int.)

Jake Feild

Jake holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from Southern Utah University and has spent his career working in the public accounting sphere, in the banking and finance industry, and is currently the director of accounting and finance at a Utah-based structural steel contractor. More importantly, Jake is a father, teacher, and difference-maker helping bring representation back to the people and civility back to politics.

Director of Events & Media

Jared Wood

Jared received his bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Information Systems from Utah Valley University and currently works for a local business as a system designer and software developer. Jared has been involved in politics on a precinct level, serving several terms as precinct chair as well as state and county delegate. Jared is excited to be a part of building the Forward Party, especially at the local level.

Director of Writing & Communications

Lynn Taylor

Lynn earned a bachelor's in Aerospace Engineering and an MBA with a focus in eBusiness. He served for 10 years in the U.S. Air Force, where he flew the A-10 Thunderbolt II (affectionately known as the "Warthog") and taught the Army and the Air Force how to play nice together. Lynn is a friend of innovative ideas, a foe of rancorous tribalism, and a fan of Forward Party ideals. (He also likes to write.)

Director of Community & Partnerships

Adam Teuscher

Adam received a bachelor’s in computer science and now works as a software engineer for a small company focused on computer vision solutions and automation for the agriculture and food industries. Adam found Andrew Yang in 2019 and has been a fan ever since, including volunteering briefly for his New York mayoral campaign in 2021 and now for Forward. Adam is eager for election reform to become a reality and to help connect those who share that goal.

Director of Data & Outreach

Phil Boileau

Phil received a BA in English and Film Studies from the University of Michigan and now works as an independent data management consultant for businesses and nonprofits nationwide. Forward has provided Phil with the political formula he always wanted to believe was possible: More Parties = Healthier Parties. He’s a recent transplant to Utah, so be sure to tease him if you hear him mispronounce Tooele or Hurricane.
