We will be meeting up to hand out flyers and discuss Forward Party with attendees of the Gilbert Town Council Meeting as they enter the facility for this Tuesday's session.
This is a volunteer event. Please wear comfortable shoes and dress warmly as we will be standing outside for approximately 1 hour. Bottled water and handout materials will be provided
Schedule as follows:
5:30-5:40pm Arrival
5:41-5:50pm Review talking points/Q&A
5:51-6:30pm Distribute flyers and engage with meeting attendees
6:30pm Town Council Meeting begins
6:35pm (Optional): High fives and celebratory ice cream at Cold Stone Creamery
